At Gorillaoutfit, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the items you wish to return or exchange from your recent order history.
Package Your Gear
Place the items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
